I bought this hat as a christmas present for my wife and she has been very happy with it. Before I bought it I thought it looked like it would be pretty warm with the thickness of the braids in it, but was pleasantly surprised when I got it and saw it also has a thick fleece lining it - which made an even better winter hat.
