Rubber Ring came off, wheel difficult to adjust

I bought this shoe about 6 months ago as I really liked the idea of that wheel thing and the colour of the lady shoe green/ivory. Unfortunately one of the rubber ring came off the wheel very soon and it is very difficult to pull out the ring on one shoe in order to take off the shoe. I did get a good deal from the sales department but unfortunately had to pay another €78 TAX here in Germany (this has nothing to do with the service ) therefore I did not send the shoe back for repair. After all: Great service from BC but only 2 out of 5 for the shoe. Hope this doesn't get erased.
