Great Jacket

The Traverse Trifecta is a great jacket. Water repellent and very breathable. The shell and the liner combined are a little heavy, though. I've been wearing just the shell for resort skiing. For backcountry overnights, I've been using a heavier weight Moonstone down jacket under it. I've been wearing the liner separately...it's warm and looks cool. I've found that when you do wear the liner with the shell, it just feels better if you don't actually zip the liner into the shell. Plus, that means you can take the shell off without taking the liner off. Note: This is a trimmer fit than other brands I've tried, namely Patagonia. If you wear a Patagonia medium, you might want to try a large in this jacket.
