great for cold weather runs

This blocks all the wind and breathes well. It also allows you to go with a much lighter base layer on winter runs. Very light weight and close fitting - you don't even know you have it on. Chest pocket is great for storing mp3 player or gloves. This vest would be great for spring skiing too.
