Gear Review
Impractical and poorly designed!

At first I wrote a positive review, but the winter winds have proved me wrong. The zipper only goes down to above the knees, with two patches of hook and loop to hold the bottom part of the coat together. This hook and loop is hard to find and match up while you're standing or walking, and it isn't strong enough to keep the coat closed on a windy day. The coat is pretty warm, but by the third day of wear it seeemed like I was losing a significant amount of down already. Also the pockets are not lined, which is significant if you forgot your gloves. It's a cute design, but overall, not the most practical coat. You can get better-designed coats for the money, like the Lands End coat.
