Good, simple heart rate monitor. The strap needs to be more wet than I remember, but maybe that's because it's new. I seem to remember my old Polar having difficulty finding my heartrate when new, but after a few months it was great.
It's a little difficult to take off and put on, but I imagine it'll loosen up a bit as it gets older.
