Great shorts for all conditions

These shorts are great! I use these shorts for trail running, road running, weight lifting, and I have swum a few laps in them. They are quite comfortable, dry quickly when wet, and the rear pocket is great for an iPod shuffle (1st gen) or (I suppose) for a GU packet. I was initially concerned that the rear pocket would be uncomfortable when filled with something, but I have not found this to be the case; it holds my shuffle with no discomfort. My only complaints are: I am a bit self-conscious of the rear-pocket-area, and the diameter of the legs could be a bit wider. For some reason, the rear pocket makes me feel like I am showing off certain plumber-associated attributes (although nothing untoward is actually exposed). As for the diameter of the legs, I have large thighs, a condition exacerbated by squatting and Olympic lifts, so this is a common problem for me. Regardless, I will likely purchase another pair in a different color- these really are great shorts.
