I searched for where I could order online this jacket specifically. My search brought me to this site- what an awesome experience! Á cute little chat box popped up and it was customer service. They answered all my questions and even helped to figure out which size was right for me by giving me a sizing tip. My North Face "brownie" jacket came today (I live in Europe), and I have to toot my own horn and say that it fits me beautifully! Thank you to that great customer service rep and to this sitefor an excellent experience. This jacket is perfection.
