Gear Review
Pretty good for motorcycle use as liners

Ranked #503 - Men's Rain Pants
September 25, 2006
I bought about 10 pairs of lightweight rain pants that I want to use as "rain liners" underneath my motorcycle pants. When it's raining or too cold I will put on these pants and then put my moto pants over them. Of the 10 pairs, the only true contenders turned out to be the Patagonia rain shadows and these Outdoor Research celestial pants. I decided in favor of the seemingly higher quality Gore-Tex product. They are super lightweight and well built. The legs have a zipped opening from ankle up to about the knee. Makes it very easy to get them on while still wearing my boots. Have no idea if they will keep the rain out ... but they better! Gore-Tex and a lifetime guarantee.
