I ran in these shorts for the first time, and I must say they are light and breathable for a very humid and hot run. They are also flattering and sit below the waist if you prefer. It's a little bit short if you don't mind. They are around 11.5-inches long. There's a little pocket inside for your two keys and possibly an ID.
