Ranked #2565 - Men's Trail Run Shoes

For those who need a solid and reliable light runner/hiker, this shoe is for you. I hike Mount Werner in summer/fall, and Emerald Mountain in winter/spring, and various other hikes in Colorado on marked trails. This shoe works well in all weather and keeps you warm and dry in winter with a good sock (Thorlo's are great). If you move fast, and need to fly over rocky terrain, you can count on this shoe, of course I also hike with trekking poles which is like having four feet and gives you a total body workout. I can only hope that North Face will one day make trekking poles, because I haven't found a pair yet that can withstand my aggressive style of hiking.
