Normally Keens are an 11.5 (my true size) with no problem for me, but I had to get 12s for the Targhee. Others have mentioned the same, these run small. After about 5 weeks of steady use, I only gave it a 4 because it's a little warm (awesome cool weather shoe. I also have a pair of Boulders for summer use.) I imagine future versions will be better ventilated. Still, all that aside, this is an excellent, high-quality, rugged shoe for both urban and trail use. I like Keens because they offer great support plus my toes are never squished. Go Keen and it's hard to go wrong.
