Better than I thought...

It's built very well and I can wear it to work without looking like I have a Buck Rodgers communicator on my wrist - which is to say its a lot smaller than some earlier (and even current) feature loaded watches. While I bought it for the HR monitor it's really the EPOC graph that's most informative. Whatever EPOC is it seems to accurately show how beneficial the exercise was - it's effect and effectiveness. This is a lot more interesting than HR and much more encouraging. I use the software in Virtual PC on the Mac - there is no Mac version but this works well. It seemed way overpriced at first and hesitated in buying it but now if I lost it I would have to buy another one. I can't imagine buying merely a HR monitor after seeing what this watch can do.
