Upon receiving this Kinetic Jacket (a gift for my wife), I was impressed with the design and functionality, but the stitching was coming loose on one of the sleeves. I called customer service, and the guy on the other line was very helpful. I exchanged jackets in a matter of days. My wife loves this jacket!
