The pants are comfortable, plenty of pockets and zippers. The waterproof level is extremely high. The outer material may get wet but you stay dry! I like the minimalist approach to insulation, which allows me to choose which type of under garment to wear. If it's warm out wear light under pants and since there is plenty of room, when it's cold you can wear some poly fleece if needed. Great pants, period!
