Gear Review
Great shell with generous cut

I used this shell for spring skiing. It is a great weight. Light and relatively thin but with complete wind protection. For hot days you can wear a T-shirt and open the vents. For hot days you can add a mid layer. The jacket has a generous cut and long sleeves. I am generally at the high end of a large. I first bought the XL jacket, and the sleeves nearly came past my fingertips. I returned that for the large, and even the large sleeves are well past my wrist. There is plenty of room inside for a thick mid layer if you need it, making the jacket very versatile. My only complaint is the pockets are not very deep. For instance, you cannot really put a sunglass case in any of the pockets (except the water bottle pocket) as they are not deep enough. Overall, I really like this jacket.
