The North Face Trail Running Shoe is an outstanding product. These shoes provide excellent support and the tread design actually improves the footing on rough terrain (e.g. Mt. Talalpais, Mt. Burdell, et al). These are comfortable shoes that I am not in a hurry to take off after a long day. They do run a little small, so it was necessary to exchange for a half size larger.
