Light at Night...Fantastic!

I purchased the Polar Star in preparation for three late season remote lake kayaking trips lasting close to one month total. It performed brilliantly. The single L.E.D. was perfect for camp chores and the halogen for distances and night paddling. The detachable battery pack snug in my chest pocket made the Polar Star headband and housing virtually weightless. The same three batteries were used on each trip. Ill never return to handheld light in the outback again! I highly recommend this great hands-free tool by Black Diamond for any outdoor enthusiast. Good stuff!
