Good jacket, not great

Not warm enough to wear without an outer layer in very cold weather. To tight (arms) to layer much underneath. Good to wear when temp is 40's walking or 30's more strenuous activity. Would be a great jacket and probably the one I’d reach for first if I could layer underneath more effectively.
