Disappointed.

I was determined not to be cold this winter, so I looked all over for what seemed to be the warmest/best looking coat I could find. I decided on this one based on the reviews. I ordered the coat in a small, using the size chart and Live Help for guidance. It looked ridiculous on me—like I was a kid wearing my parent's clothes. I'm almost 5'9", but the coat was overpowering on my slim build. I didn't bother going for an extra small because I wasn't so in love with the styling and loft in general that I thought it worth the money.

I'm still looking for my Holy Grail coat...maybe next winter.
