Good Bag, But Cheap Shoulder Strap

Overall Im really happy with this latest offering from Patagonia. This is the second messenger bag Ive purchased from them (the first one held up very well to some rough treatment), and the only gripe I have thus far is the budget quality of the shoulder strap. Given the bag's size and potential for carrying large loads, this strap should be heavy duty, and better padded. This shortcoming, however, can be easily remedied by purchasing a different strap -- somewhat of an annoyance in light of the fact that the bag already costs $150-- or using the nifty, pull-out backpack straps for heavy loads.
