Lassen Pack
By SFsprock
Ranked #725 - Weeklong Packs (Over 4500 cu in)
August 12, 2003
I used the Lassen Pack for an 8-day AT hike. The only negative with the pack was that the zipper covers have a tendency to get caught in the zippers. Otherwise the pack handled the load well(40lbs). My only other recommendation is to have an inclusive hydrapack area. Instead I laid mine between the top area and main compartment it rode well with no problems. I would recommend this pack as it rides well on the hips and has a narrow profile.
