Keen Targhee Trail Shoes - MAGNIFICENT !

I have used Montrail Hurricane Ridge shoes for my hiking and trail runs for years. The Keen Targhee shoes are better! The Keen Targhees are lighter, more water resistant and more durable than the Montrails. Also, the Keen Targhee shoes come with an insole that is as good as the Sof Sole Athletes Plus insoles that I always use in my Montrails. No need for replacement of the insole that comes with the Keen Targhees. I wear a size 11 Montrail, and replace the Insole. I wear a size 11 Keen Targhee with the insole that comes with the shoe. The Keen Targhees run about ¼- to ½-size smaller than the Montrails. I think the laces on the Keen Targhees stay tied better than the Montrail laces. Cushion and toe room are great! Also, on rock ledges, the Keen Targhees grip very, very well. The sole of the Keen Targhees shed the dirt and wet grass without buildup that you have with the Montrails. Get the Keen Targhees. They are light in weight, very waterproof, durable with plenty of toe room, and stick like crazy to rocks.
