Holds up pants

This is a great belt. I think I saw someone complaining that the buckle sticks out too far but it doesn't really. Maybe a little but it's not bad. I wear a heavy piece of equipment on my belt and this supports it great. The medium belt is super long. I haven't measured it but I'm a 33" waist and I'm gonna gave to cut 4" off. But one now from Backcountry.com
