Too small compared to most other TNF beanies

We ordered this beanie, the TNF reversible banner beanie ( http://www.backcountry.com/the-north-face-reversible-tnf-banner-beanie) and a Burton one, and this fits badly compared to the others. It has no stretch or give at all, and it runs small compared to the other north face beanie I ordered. Got it on brown to match a work jacket, but I'll prob just return it for a different color of the TNF reversible beanie.
