Ranked #52 - Men's Snowboard Pants
February 1, 2012
I have the complete Smarty system with my jacket and pants. I purchased both of them back in 2006 and I still use them to this date.
Because this is a review of the pants, I will try to stay on track. I am a skier and I realize that these might be branded for snowboarding, but they work perfectly for either. The attachable system works wonders and when used with a Smarty coat, they really keep the snow out of your back or pants in the event of a fall.
The two front hip pockets are lined and have a zipped closure in addition to a velcro flap. The rear 'wallet' pocket also zips closed and I have never worried about losing anything while skiing. The cargo pockets are an immense help and carry anything from trail maps, to water bottles, to granola bars and extra gloves. I have a pair in white and am considering getting another pair in green.
Enjoy!
