Good boot... maybe for others, but not for me. I tried them on, too stiff. Very good insulation. But backcountry.com always guarantess 100% satisfaction. Returned for refund... but this does not mean I won't buy north face ever again... I have many of their clothing items... they have never let me down in this regard.
