Perfect insulated/breathable pants!
By Matt R
Ranked #130 - Men's Ski Pants
January 29, 2012
I was looking to replace a pair of Descente ski pants I had used for the past 10 years.
I needed something insulated, breathable, not baggy, and water resistant that could vent.
Who would have thought that could be hard to find?
Most of the other pants I saw on backcountry had a lot of gripes.
These pants are perfect. Warm with just a Capilene 2 layer beneath on low temps at the top of Jackson Hole Tram, but I can vent while working my down the hobacks in the sun.
Powder gators hug the boot to prevent snow creeping up.
I had 1 issue, the button holding the zippered boot portion popped off so I have to get a replacement, but it's still a 5* product in my eyes.
The Red is Bright! Helps folks I am skiing with through the trees find me easily.
I looked for over a year to find the right replacement pants...these are IT!
