i bought them a half size smaller to compensate because i had heard that they ran big. they are about half of a half size bigger, if that makes sense, i would recommend buying 2 sizes like a 9 and a 9.5 just to cover your bases, i bought a 9 thinking it would fit like a 9.5 but the 9 is a little snug and the 9.5 would have been too big. But that’s me, so I went with the 9 and just re-laced them to give my toes a little more room
