Think of this as a hybrid fleece/wind shell. Does a little of both, so obviously this marriage results in a great piece for high octane pursuits like mtn biking or ski touring. I just layer up at the top, wear a long sleeve thin poly pro underneath. It works for this because it is not too warm. Fun piece, it takes a beating too.
