Sleeve cuff adjustment strap tore off

I hate to give this coat a 2-star review, because other than the major problem I had with the wrist adjustment strap straight-up ripping off, it was an excellent coat. Maybe the problem is wearing a thicker under the cuff glove (I use Hestra Seth Mos) but after 2 days of adjusting the strap it just ripped off.
Other than that, the coat was great. Soft and supple, held out the rain and snow like a champ, and an athletic but mobile fit. I would give it a 4.5 if possible, no 5 because for some reason the pow skirt zip can't integrate with the bombshell bib bib-zip to make it a one piece. Why the heck not?
Anyway, no-brainer if you go over-the-cuff gauntlet style. Otherwise think about it.

Same thing happened to me. The sleeve cuff adjustment strap stitching has come apart is about to fall off. Other than that I love this jacket.

Call bc.com or use the chat. They took care of my jacket, and I freely admitted I hit a tree branch creating an 18 inch tear in the sleeve. I was hoping they would give me a discount on another jacket, but they gave me a whole new jacket. I shop bc.com because they have the best customer service around.
