Yes, this is the new, 2012 design. Upgraded and improved torso adjustment system and an "on the go" adjustment system for fitting the redesigned hip straps. Most everything else remains the same as the 2011 version. It may also be worth noting that the pockets on the hip belt are now fabric instead of mesh as they were previously...
