Why is it cheaper here than on Steep and Cheap w/ shipping?

I love these things - there's no end to their usefulness and they are easy to scrub when they get a bit manky.
My question would be why they're more expensive on Steep and Cheap's site when you factor in the $7 shipping? I get free 2-day shipping on this site which makes them $55 when S&C's price would be $58!??!
C'mon guys - I want to see the 4-piece set for $39 on steepandcheap.com!!!
