Nice Jacket

Got this jacket for my girlfriend for Christmas but it was the wrong size. Had to wait till just now to catch it in the right color and size, but it is worth it. She loves it. Has worn it all day since UPS brought it. Had a few fuzzies but its fine now later on in the day. Very very soft and plush. Says it is very warm. Been in the 20s and she hasn't been complaining.

what size did she get and have to exchange it for? does it run true to size chart?
