I purchased the Denali for my Granddaughters Christmas present. Unfortunaly it was to big for her.
I went on the Chat and spoke to someone. He sent me a UPS slip told me to contact them when I returned it and mine new item would be shipped out. I sent it out on a Monday, contacted them as instructed and received an email when UPS scanned my item to tell me my item was being shipped. They didn't even wait until the return arrived. It took all of 3 days from the day I shipped it out until I received my new item. Never have I worked with a company that was so easy for returns. Sadly, I couldn't get the original color I had ordered but my granddaughter was very happy anyway.

Bought this for myself. I love it. I first bought it in a x-large and it was too big. Returned it for a large....no problem! Returns were fast and easy. Thank you
