Atomic Bent Chetler Ski

5 Star Rating

Nomnomnom Pow

By Ranked #311 - Big Mountain Freeride Skis December 24, 2011

I'm 6' 200 lbs and bought these when there was only the 183 option. They ski kind of small but I still have plenty of fun with them. Mine are mounted back at team with jesters and honestly I don't ever have a problem with them diving too much and they are still super playful and buttery. I would probably have gotten the 192 if I had the option when I bought them, but they are still killer skis and love every run I take on them.

Ever skied a 185 JJ, Im 6'1" 180lbs, 40 year old expert skier in the pacific nw. I love my JJ but when its deep I wish it was longer or wider. Tip getting buried way to much and I'm tired of having to concentrate on staying balanced or even that dreaded staying back a touch. Thinking of trying the Bent's but i ski everywhere, moguls, trees, no cliffs here. I prefer quick, light skis. Would I notice a huge difference just staying with the 183. Nervous going all the way to the 192 for manueverability.
