I think that the coat overall looks great. It's warm and really roomy (L). There's just one problem, the feathers!! The feathers inside the coat was causing holes and coming out of the seams. I sent the first one back thinking it was just a damaged one. So, I ordered another one. And the same thing happened. Needless to say, I'm going with a different coat this time! For the coat to be that expensive you shouldn’t have to worry about feathers coming out of your coat. However, the staff was great and took care of everything promptly and was very courteous. I give their staff 5 stars... My new North face Triple C Down coat should be here in a couple of days…Can’t wait!!

Are you a guy? I was wondering because I was wanting to get the same coat, but I was kind of unsure.
