I'm 6'4" 210, with bird legs and a 6'6" wingspan and I am continually without long sleeve pullovers that reach my wrist. The XL in this thing gets there nicely. The cut is trim, but not tight, and I hadn't noticed the seams at all. The inside is super soft, warm, and works great for me for a second layer outside in the cold, or against the skin any other time. It breaths pretty well too.
