Ranked #40 - Men's Winter Boots and Shoes
December 7, 2011
The first time I purchased a pair of The North Face Chillkat boots was about 10-11 years ago. I was a truck driver that was looking for a comfortable yet durable boot that would allow for the occasional standing water or snow drifts around the dock areas. These boots did very well and were comfortable while driving.
The old boots stood up to what ever I would expect out of a boot of this quality and price range and they never let me down till 2011. I went looking on-line and found the new boots had not changed much from the old ones.
If your looking for a dependable over-the-ankle boot that wears well, has longevity, warmth, comfortable and water proof, then you can't go wrong with these boots. You will be pleased.
