This pot is top's. I have been searching for a good hot cup of coffee for many years.
Stumbled on this site, pot & comments.
Happy days are back.
Issues with packaging that damaged the order were rapidly remedied.
Along with an exquisite product the service has never been better with any other retailer either brick & mortar or on-line.
4 star is a result of the shipping dept. Product & customer service deserve 5 gold stars
