Excellent extra little energy boosters while out in the backcountry or while running trails or road. Pick and choose from the two servings per package without having to worry about messy gel packets or something too dry. Some electrolyte replacement as well which is a nice little perk. Overall excellent choice for an added boost whenever and wherever you need it.
