I have a fairly small face for a guy, and I generally have a hard time finding sunglasses that fit and function well for the variety of activities I do. Well, when I bought the Smith Interlock 01 back in 2008, I fell in love, and have been desperately searching for another pair ever since -- I'd argue that the Interlock Whisper are virtually identical specs with just a bit squarer lens shape.
Basically, these are lightweight, they fit my face really well, let virtually no light in around the periphery yet still breathe well too. Although I was a bit hesitant about the "interlock" system and whether it would hold up to constant use along with the lenses, three years later the frames are good as new, and there are no scratches on the lenses despite a number of heavy drops and occasional rough handling.
As a note, I've read a few complaints about switching lenses causing the frames to not fit well (and showing some gaps), but there's a simple explanation: you may have placed the lenses are on the wrong side. It can be easy to do as the lenses are nearly symmetrical, and they will still "fit" when placed on the wrong side. But if you look closely there are slight differences between left and right lenses, and when done properly, they fit like a glove each and every time (I often take one out at a time, find its match with a different lens, replace, then repeat on the other side).
If there were a sixth star available, I would give it.
