get the 100's and bend them. bending 5mm isn't that big of a deal. here's a good video instruction: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rk6yIKnLqKc A little late on the reply so this is more so for everyone else

So what does one do with a 105 waist ski? The Voile web site also lists an "insane" size, but that starts at 121-131mm. Big gap between X-wide and "insane". Does one buy the X-wide and bend it?
