Ranked #81 - Sleeping Bags

Used this the first time for a 36 degree night. I stayed warm until the early morning hours. at that point I woke up with my thighs cold. Feet and chest area was fine. I did not pull the wind shield piece nor the head piece tight as I was afraid I would get too hot over the evening.
Next night I pulled the wind shield piece tight, left the hood piece open, and no problems. Not sure why that made a difference but it did. As a matter of fact, I actually think I broke a sweat during the night.
I have not used this for a really cold night that requires the full deal but I am more confident that it will do it's job. I like to be toasty when I sleep so this may not be any issue at all with people that like to sleep under a sheet at home. I personally use 3 blankets at home just to build the body heat. Weird, huh.
I bought the long and regular because I did not want to bottom out. I am 5'6" and the regular leaves plenty of foot room. The long leaves enough room to place a small cooler at your feet. LOL.
I would definitely recommend this product but expect to have to work to get out of it in the early morning hours for that bathroom break. The zipper is not as smooth as others I have used. Still a good product.
