This tent worked great for 4 adults and for 3 adults and two large dogs. It was lighter than packing 2 tents and more fun to have the group together with the muts. Haven't tried it in heavy rain yet. But worked well in warm humid weather due to the large area of mesh and was nice and toasty at 40 degrees. Condensation was not a problem, good air flow be tent and fly. Got this on sale and I am very happy with the purchase. It's about 8 lbs with all it's parts- foot print, poles, rain fly and all it's extra stakes and ropes. Not bad for 4 people with lots of room.
