Awesome pants

Ranked #381 - Men's Ski Pants

I'm 5'11", 155lbs, 32 waist and the Medium fit great, if not slightly big and baggy. Bought the OR suspenders from OR.com cuz I like to use those when skiing, and they would sag a bit without them. I don't use these pants as rain pants when hiking/backpacking because they are too bulky and warm, but they work great as snow pants. You would think that paclite would be too thin for a ski pant, but they are actually quite bombproof and hold up great to falls and scrapes on ice, ski poles, etc. They feel much thicker and abrasion proof than my marmot paclite jacket. I really like the full-zips on the side, easy on and off and can use them as vents. The cinch cord on the bottom is great for wearing with snow boots, and the zip-out gaiters are great (but they are mesh, so when skiing in powder, some snow does get it, but not enough to matter). I haven't worn them enough to speak about the wear and tear on the seat from getting on and off the chairlift, but they seem sturdy enough to hold up to it and its goretex pro on that part as well. Overall great product, love OR and backcountry
