The camera I got was junk. No matter what I did no computer (PC or Mac) would recognize the camera. The only thing that would work was to put the memory card into a card reader. Tech support was no help. If you look at the posts on the contour site a lot of people had the same problems with no solution.
Do yourself a favor and buy some other brand.

Archieking, Is this for ContourROAM or ContourHD? The camera will recognize in the computer as a standard USB device. I'm not sure what memory card you are using, but if you reformat the memory card it should work with no problem. Thanks.
