good layer

It's pretty similar to polartec power stretch fleece. I think it's a lot warmer and it dries really fast. It doesn't hold a ton of water like some fleece items do. I am not warm by nature so something a little thicker than a standard rash guard is nice on a cooler day. Fits snug and doesn't bunch under your PFD. It's an awesome layer to wear under a short sleeve dry top or splash top.
