Attack the mountain with the Custom X
By Chris Kelley
Ranked #65 - All Mountain Snowboards
October 22, 2011
I'm on my third Custom X and it's always been my primary ride since owning them. If you charge hard and need to turn, huck, land, or go balls to the wall straight down the trail with precision then you can't do better than the X. This board is not for noobs. You got know how to ride this board or it will ride you (totally stole that line from a friend). If you're looking to butter around the mountain like a ballerina, don't buy this board. There are plenty of noodles out there for that type of thing. Works on rails and kickers but it's not forgiving. Miss your landing and you'll be kissing snow. Responsiveness is it's best feature.
I plan on always having a Custom X in my quiver.
