I love the fit/finish of the Powder Bowls. Tons of pockets and better placed than most pants including the Primos.
2 layer Gore-Tex Performance shell feels solid and a nice mesh lining to wick moisture will be great! Side zip vents go from just below the waist to the knee.
These seem more like a softshell, not loud and crinkle sounding like typical Gore-Tex (Primo's are a good example of loud).
They just have the elastic cuff with no sinching or tie down option, which would be a nice addition.
